Surgery and hospital stay

- hospital stay - from 3 days under medical supervision.
Recovery after surgery
- standing and walking - on the day of surgery or the following day;
- discharge - after stabilization of the patient’s condition;
- return to office-based work - within 10–14 days;
- light physical activity (walking) - from the first days;
- exercise without abdominal strain - after 4–6 weeks;
- full physical activity - after 2–3 months (with physician approval).
